I would like to commend Darius Dominczak. I am administering an estate, and the law firm helping me recommended Darius when I needed to sell a property in White Rock. Because I am out of province, that added a complication. At the start, he gathered all the information he needed to see what the condominium might sell for. Throughout, he was knowledgeable and communicated every step, change, and challenge. Within a day, he took photos of the property and listed it on MLS. When needed, he added more photos and included pictures from the area. There were complications accessing keys because the contact person at the management company was on vacation in Europe, and no one else could give the keys. He purchased new ones from the management company, and I couriered what keys I had. Within a couple of days there were several showings and an offer. The place sold in a week for the asking price.
